Perspective

We tend to look at others and think they have life made. But what we fail to see is the struggles they are going through, whether big or small, we have to recognize that everyone has their own problems to deal with.

Everyone has different approaches, but there is always an expectation of “my way or the highway”. Ultimately we should be looking at the destination, the road to get there may not always matter.

Time goes by at the blink of an eye, but having patience can go a long way. Don’t miss out on life because you can’t wait for what’s to come.

Mistakes happen, but we pretend like everyone should be perfect. We worry about how others perceive us, when instead we should be learning from our errors in order to progress.

Actions should speak louder than reactions. Sometimes life takes unexpected turns, but its how we deal with those surprises that helps define who who we are.

We forget the reason why we do the things we do, but we remember the things that don’t matter. We should be adjusting our perspective to focus on what makes us happy and what allows us to grow.

Differences in life are always going to arise, but in order to resolve those differences we need perspective. Practicality, reality, fantasy - sometimes we need a bit of it all.

To change ourselves effectively, we first had to change our perceptions
