Greek Fries

Fries are my one weakness when it comes to guilty pleasures and food cravings. I made this up one day when my friend and I were packing up my apartment and there was very little food stocked. We grabbed a bag of frozen fries from the store and luckily my airfryer was not yet packed! I quickly looked around the kitchen to figure out how I could spice it up a bit and saw the feta cheese in the freezer and some of my spices lying around. Voila!

We’ve become obsessed and treat ourselves every now and then to this quick and easy salty treat. Hope you enjoy these!

Tips & Suggestions:

  • If using airfryer I recommend cooking at about 390 degrees Farenheit for about 10-15 minutes. Check the basket every 3-5 minutes and shake to get crispy perfection!

  • I prefer a shoestring thinner type of fry for maximum crispiness. However, the Handsome Cut Trader Joe’s Fries (as pictured above) worked amazingly!

  • Dairy Free Option - VioLife Feta

  • Add fresh parsley, Sriracha, or a garlic aioli for more flavor punch! Get creative. I have even used these as a base to make shwarma fries, which basically just is the above with diced tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and pickles. Use chickpeas or chickens for added protein! I will work on getting a proper recipe together!

Hope you all enjoy this delicious savory snack!!!
